We reduced the all the stuff we'd accumulated over twenty years of marriage and with raising 4 children. Amazingly we didn't really need much at all - we sold or gave away everything but the dining room table - really! We then took the 6 month of build out to thoughtfully choose every piece of furniture (down to the dishes). Everything we have now fits both physically as well as usefully - multifunctional, no clutter, lots of open space. And of course, I still have my REALLY cool media room on the terrace level (thank you Sherry!) We love to show others our home. The only open debate we have is how many pictures to put on the wall - I like more, Sherry likes less :). The location is great. Our kids walk to high school. We're 10 -15 minutes from anything we need (except the airport, but I don't mind that). Everyone at JCW seemed to go out of their way to help us through the purchase-build-move process.
